Excellent work Dave.I like the way you put yourself in the bottom photo, and also the way you closed your aperture to get the star burst on the bulbs. Of course I like the motion blur, not just because its of me, but I like the composition and the blur of motion in the midst of all the stuff. You really give the viewer a complete feel for the place--and for yourself.
Yoh, Dave. mrpea. There are a couple here that I find very intriguing. There are three that are my favorites. First is the the little troll hidden in a sly, incognito manner. By not showing the entire figure will keep the viewer guessing what else is there. The skeletal details are very sharp vs the out of focus foreground. The face is well lit.
#2. The b/w foto of the figure. I didn't even see that anywhere, but I'm sure I missed a lot. The contrast is wonderful. The figure is sharp and full of details. Watch out for blown out areas, like that in the upper left hand corner. But I know that's not always easy. Maybe that could be addressed in post-editing.
Finally, the last one. Now, this is awesome; it's my favorite. I am a lover of right angles and straight lines. The candle light effect is a great touch. But the best is the semi-transparent, ghost-like self portrait in the mirror! Creepy, dude. It seems like the entire photograph is in focus. Nice work, bruh!
